FindTherapyTools.com (“the Site,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is owned and operated by FindTherapyTools LLC, a Florida limited liability company. The Site provides educational resources, tools, articles, and a provider directory related to mental health. Nothing on this Site constitutes medical advice, clinical diagnosis, or professional mental health treatment, and your use of this Site does not create a therapeutic or professional relationship of any kind.

2. Educational purpose only

All content on this Site — including articles, tools, worksheets, downloadable resources, and provider listings — is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on this Site.

3. Not a HIPAA-covered entity

FindTherapyTools LLC is not a healthcare provider, health plan, or healthcare clearinghouse and is not a covered entity under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Do not share protected health information through this Site. Any information you submit through contact forms, email signups, or other Site features is not protected under HIPAA.

4. Provider directory

The provider directory lists mental health professionals, support groups, and related service providers who have submitted or claimed their own listings. FindTherapyTools LLC does not endorse, recommend, verify, or guarantee any provider listed in the directory. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of any provider’s services. You are solely responsible for independently verifying provider credentials and determining whether any provider is appropriate for your needs. If you experience a problem with a listed provider, please contact us so we can review the listing.

5. Purchases and digital products

Certain resources on this Site are available for purchase. All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds once a product has been accessed or downloaded. If you experience a technical issue accessing a purchased product, contact us at matt@findtherapytools.com and we will work to resolve it. Provider directory listing fees are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Affiliate disclosure

This Site may contain affiliate links. If you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. We only recommend products and services we believe are genuinely useful. Affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial content or tool recommendations.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of this Site shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

10. Emergency situations

This Site is not an emergency service. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, suicidal thoughts, or are in danger, call 911 or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline immediately by calling or texting 988. Do not rely on this Site for emergency assistance.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this Site shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.
